SAFL Channel Plots
Here are the plots of each of the color channels:
We increased the contrast of these images to bring out any lateral variations:

As you can see, most of the lateral noise is in the red channel. That would make
sense, because if the noise was caused by a varying amount of water, the most change would
be in the red channel.
The most change seems to be in the Red Channel. Thus, we will use a vertical AGC on
the red channel, and leave the blue and green untouched. Stay tuned.
One way to do that is to use the blue channel as the red channel, and recombine the images.
